Who We Are

Edmonton Repair Appliances is a locally owned and operated appliance repair company serving Edmonton and the surrounding Capital Region. We're not a franchise, not a call centre that dispatches contractors, and not a company that sends whoever is available. When you call us, our own certified technicians show up at your door.

We started with a straightforward belief: homeowners deserve appliance repair that's honest, technically excellent, and respectful of their space and time. That belief shapes every decision we make, from how we train our technicians to how we price our work.

Our Technicians

Every technician at Edmonton Repair Appliances is Red Seal certified or is directly supervised by one. Red Seal is Canada's national standard for trade certification — it requires completing a registered apprenticeship and passing a national exam. It's not a certificate you can buy or earn in a weekend.

Beyond the certification, our technicians bring real hands-on experience with the brands and models Edmonton homeowners actually have. They stay current on newer technologies — smart appliances, inverter motors, connected home systems — because the appliances in your home keep evolving.

How We Work

We diagnose before we recommend. Before any parts are ordered or any work is done, we assess the appliance, identify the cause of the problem, and give you a flat-rate quote. You decide whether to proceed. There's no pressure and no obligation.

We bring common parts on every service call, which means most repairs are completed the same day. When we need to order a specific part, we communicate the timeline clearly and follow up when it arrives.

Our Service Area

We cover Edmonton and all major communities in the Capital Region — Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Nisku, and Stony Plain. There are no extra call-out fees for communities outside Edmonton. Our technicians are in these areas regularly as part of their normal routes.
